Noah Feldman is the Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law at Harvard University as well as a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He is a contributing writer for Bloomberg Opinion and the host of the Deep Background podcast show. Feldman is also the author of six books including his 2017 The Three Lives of James Madison.
